I Bought China's Exclusive $20 GPU!

Hello everyone and welcome back to another Budget Builds Episode where today we're taking a look at something very very different, its not AMD, NVIDIA, ATI, Intel, or Even Matrox...Nope this time we've got something straight out of the realms of the East, being the Moore Threads MTT S30...A GPU native to China using entirely custom architecture, modern features, a VGA Port? and best of all only costs about $20 on the shelf over there...If you can get a hold of one, then again we have to get this thing working before we can find out if its any good...
