Aho-ren is characterized by its "intense *Aho*-style dance." Mizutama-ren performs an elegant dance often referred to as the "polka-dot dance of the female dancers." Mizutama-ren was even featured on the official Tokushima promotional poster last year. From the Minami-Koshigaya Awa Odori 2026 (final day): This footage shows the "Nagashi-odori" (street parade dance) performed on the final day (August 23, 2026) at the West Exit South Street Performance Area. Performances at this venue included four troupes from Tokushima and three from Koenji.
