Archaeologists Found JERICHO'S WALLS—But They Were CENTURIES TOO OLD for Joshua
In 1952, British archaeologist Kathleen Kenyon arrived at an ancient mound in the Jordan Valley searching for the walls that fell before Joshua. She found them: collapsed mud-brick, burnt grain, a city destroyed by fire. Then she kept digging—deeper through century after century—and the radiocarbon dates revealed something nobody expected.
The walls were real. The destruction was real. But they were centuries too old for the Biblical timeline. What does this mean for one of the most famous stories ever told? The artifacts are real, the interpretations are theories, and you decide what to believe.
