SHANGHAI NOON (2000) Movie Reaction! | First Time Watch! | Jackie Chan | Owen Wilson | Lucy Liu

Michael, Ashleigh & Alli react to Shanghai Noon, a martial arts western comedy that follows an Imperial Chinese guard who travels to the American West to rescue a kidnapped princess and reluctantly teams up with an outlaw gunslinger. Blending kung fu action with cowboy comedy, the film mixes fish-out-of-water humor, buddy-comedy chemistry, and fast-paced fight sequences as the unlikely duo stumble through one chaotic situation after another. This reaction stands out for its action-comedy energy, memorable chemistry, and East-meets-West adventure style, as Michael, Ashleigh & Alli experience the film’s humor, stunts, and iconic moments in real time. Directed by Tom Dey (Showtime, Failure to Launch, Marmaduke, Shenaniganz, television comedy projects), the film stars Jackie Chan (Rush Hour, Police Story, Drunken Master, Karate Kid, Project A), Owen Wilson (Wedding Crashers, Cars, Zoolander, Marley & Me, Loki), Lucy Liu (Charlie’s Angels, Kill Bill, Elementary, Kung Fu Panda, Set It Up), Xander Berkeley (Terminator 2: Judgment Day, The Walking Dead, Air Force One, 24, Candyman), and Roger Yuan (Mulan, Skyfall, Batman Begins, Marco Polo, Shanghai Knights), bringing together a cast tied to major action franchises, comedy hits, and globally recognizable stars that continue to drive strong reaction and crossover audience appeal. ___________________________________________________ We've got merch!
